Why will we use your data?
As a general rule, your personal data will be used to maintain our relationship with you and to provide our services. Your data may also be used for other purposes, such as sending you advertising or promoting our activities.
In particular, and in order to ensure maximum security in our online registration and contracting processes, we will process special categories of personal data relating to identity verification through biometric data (facial image capture and liveness check). These data are collected exclusively for the purpose of complying with applicable telecommunications regulations, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations, as well as regulations on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions.
For this verification we use the services of Regula Forensics, a technology provider specialized in digital identity verification and document analysis solutions. Regula Forensics acts as a data processor, ensuring international security standards, regulatory compliance, and enhanced technical measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of biometric data.
Under no circumstances will your biometric data be used for purposes other than verifying your identity, nor will any additional profiles be created based on this information. The data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary for the stated purpose and subsequently blocked in accordance with applicable regulations.
Why do we need to use your data?
Your personal data is necessary in order for us to maintain our relationship with you and to provide you with our services. To this end, we will provide you with a series of tick-boxes that will allow you to make a clear and simple decision on how your personal information is used.
Who will know the information we request?
As a general rule, only duly authorised New Era Visionary Group staff will have access to the information we request.
Likewise, other entities that need access to your personal information in order for us to provide our services may also have access to it. For example, our bank will have access to your data if payment for our services is made by card or bank transfer. In addition, your information may be disclosed to public or private entities where we are legally required to do so.

Will we create profiles about you?
When we send or display personalised communications or content, we may use certain techniques known as "profiling" (that is, any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of using such data to evaluate certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects related to personal preferences, interests, economic situation, location, reliability, or operations carried out with our organisation).
This means that we may collect personal data about you to carry out profiling. We centralise this information and analyse it to evaluate and predict your preferences and/or personal interests. Based on our analysis, we send or display communications and/or content tailored to your interests and needs.
